Our History in Brooklyn

It all started in the 1940s. Florie Juliano, affectionately called “Mr. J”, returned from serving in the US Coast Guard to start a career in real estate. Beginning his career in 1945 under the tutelage of A. Marchese Real Estate, Mr. Juliano would soon start his own office called Brooklyn Business Brokers.

In the late-1950s, Mr. Juliano would relocate his office to its current location under the F. Juliano Real Estate name. Under the motto “Buy a Bit of Bensonhurst,” F. Juliano Real Estate became the premier real estate agency in Bensonhurst and Bath Beach.

Since its beginnings, F.Juliano Real Estate has provided a personalized real estate experience for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Mr. Juliano established a tradition of excellence with a custom-tailored, relationship focused approach to real estate sales, rentals, and management. This tradition is continued today with his daughter and our broker Francine Castaldo (née Juliano) and his grandson John Castaldo. While we once encouraged you to “Buy a Bit of Bensonhurst,” we now encourage you to “Buy a Bit of Brooklyn.”
